Design "Floor" Monday

The houses are constructed...just waiting for some "landscaping." 


For my diligence I rewarded myself with a new project...


I bought this kit at the Houston Quilt Show. It is going together very quickly...all green batiks. Love it! 

We had a very cold weekend in Paris. There was snow on the ground at Charles De Gaul Airport. Today is like spring...weather is ever-changing. I am so anxious to see all the gardens around here in bloom.

My French is progressing...I am picking out words in conversations...just maybe I will understand phrases soon! My pronunciation is still a struggle...sigh...

    Love your design floor! Looking forward to seeing the landscaping. The new project uses great fabrics.

    I have seen this house quilt in so many different colors - it does come alive once the landscaping is added I think.
    No snow on the ground here although the folks out east got slammed!
