It's official...
April's UFO -"Calling me Home," is complete. (I did find two river rocks that didn't get top-stitched...I'm going to fix it today...really). If you are tackling a Mckenna Ryan design check out my post about quilting this top here and there...you can learn from my mistakes experiences.
Plus I finished March's UFO in April...
Parade of Nutcrackers - For the saga behind the quilt check out the posting for it here.
And just what will May's UFO challenge be?
This is my #9 UFO...a Moda U quilt. It needs borders, quilting and binding...easy one!

Great finishes on everything - isn't it wonderful just to get it OTL (off the list)? Judy C
Wow you've been busy! My husband would love your Calling Me Home--lovely! Looks like you have a nice May project to do too!
You sure were productive in April - and May looks promising, too! Congratulations on the lovely quilt finishes.
I love the UFO! I, too, did a McKenna Ryan project for April. I'm going to go back and read about your experiences as I have not quilted it yet.
I've loved that nutcracker pattern since it first came out. I bought it but have never made it. Now that I see yours, I might have to! Great job!
Great finishes! You are making fabulous progress!
Those are all fabulous. Oh, what I wouldn't give for an unbusy month!
Two finishes - nice job! And they're both beautiful! Congrats.
Congrats on the finishes! I love the nutcrackers - I think my mom would love them more, so I'm going to have to look into that pattern. Your quilt for this month is stunning and going to be even better when it's finished.
What an amazing amount of work you did. It is stunning!!! Both of the quilts are amazing. I will have to check out your tips because I too have a project to finish by McKenna Ryan...it is small though.
Your April UFO is a stunner! And I just love the Parade of Nutcrackers too. Your May quilt is yet another beautiful thing! How fun is all that variety--love it.
I'm really enjoying surfing your blog! (found you at Quilt Festival) You have some wonderful, wonderful projects. I have to go look at the nutcracker page now - such a quilt would be very meaningful for me to make, as my mother used to paint fantastic nutcrackers and I only have one.
