The final four blocks are fused...
These are the blocks from the kits...fabrics provided.
And these are the blocks made with fabric from my stash. I love the black bear. I'm not thrilled with the position of the dive-bombing dragonfly...I may have to redo it.
Next will be the all the top stitching...I think that will be the most challenging step in the quilt.

Debbie: Those blocks are simply amazing...especially the ones you are doing with the stash batiks...I'm loving watching the progress of the quilt. Thanks so much for sharing it with us. Colour me jealous!
I don't think I'd want to be the one stitching down the bubbles around the whales. It is going to be such a stunning set of quilts when finished, and well worth persevering with.
I can't believe how quickly you're getting these done. And choosing fabrics from your stash for the second set, too! That alone would take me too long. Beautiful!
I believe I have those patterns from an Alaska shop hop a couple years back! It is in my UFO pile. I love them and need to get them out and start working on them again. Maybe I will take them with me when I go to Soldotna for 3 weeks in March. That would be a good project to work on! Thanks for the reminder!! :-)
